Handmade Bookmarks Create Community Impact

In a recent collaboration, a local author supported our Threads to Income (TTI) programme by commissioning 100 handmade crochet bookmarks crafted by TTI participants. These bookmarks were distributed at a book launch event, creating a meaningful connection between creativity and social impact.

Each bookmark is more than a functional item — it represents meaningful work and provides micro-income opportunities for individuals on their journey toward stability and independence.

This collaboration with Amaze Me demonstrates how creativity and purpose can come together to create real impact. By incorporating socially made products into the launch, the author exemplified a thoughtful and sustainable way to give back to the community.
