Since many items are curated and in some cases personalised:

• Standard bundles (non-personalised) ship quickly, typically within 1–2 working days.

• Personalised/bespoke items may require an additional 3-5 working days for production before shipping.

We currently ship within Singapore.

Shipping fees and options (standard / express) will display at checkout.

For larger orders or corporate bundles, contact us to explore options like self-collection or bulk delivery.

Given the nature of personalised and ready-to-gift items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened personalised items for hygiene and customisation reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll rectify the issue quickly.
